It’s not about being good at something.

It’s about being good to yourself.

About Me

I am excited to share my love and appreciation for yoga with you. I chose the name, Best Kind Yoga, as a nod to my Newfoundland heritage. Typically, Newfoundlanders will respond "best kind" when asked how they are doing. The words, best and kind, echo what I have learned from yoga: bring your best self to conversations and situations; do what is best for you today; be kind to others; and, equally as important, be kind to yourself. ❤️

I look forward to guiding you toward your current goals. On some days, you may be looking for a physical challenge; on others, you may need rest and peace. I believe yoga can have a profound impact on your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Prioritizing your health, and making time to practice, is always a good idea!

I hope to see you on your mat soon!
